Louman Ergo Concepts offers three main ergonomic consulting services:
Individual Ergonomic Assessments (IEAs)
This type of on-site intervention will review all the performed work activities and all aspects of the workstation so to provide individuals with optimal ergonomic work environments and to address issues such as workplace pain or repetitive strain. The "full" assessment will also include a detailed report and a FREE follow-up visit, whereas the "mini" assessment will simply provide basic recommendations.
Physical Demands Analyses (PDAs)
The purpose of these evaluations is to better understand the physical requirements of a job, aiding in accurate job descriptions, problem identification, pain/injury avoidance, workspace design, workplace health and safety, etc.
Instructional services, seminars and workshops
We offer training on the basic principles of office or industrial ergonomics, and on safe lifting techniques. These sessions will present strategies to ensure the design of a work area properly matches the anthropometrics of the worker, and will educate participants on safe motion patterns through the performance of various work tasks.
